You can share an eligible Personal call with teammates after it has been recorded. Open the call, then look for the overflow menu — the menu with additional actions for that call — and choose Share call.
Sharing is available only in organisations that have this setting turned on. It is intended for firms where calendar auto-share is off, so not every Junior account will have the option.
Share the call
- Open the Personal call you want to share.
- Open its overflow menu and choose Share call.
- In the sharing dialog, review the teammates Junior suggests. Attendees are shown using the names from your calendar, which can make it easier to find the right people.
- Choose the teammates who should have access, then save your changes.
Once you save, access is shared with the teammates you selected. You remain the owner of the call.
Who can share
Only the owner of a Personal call can change its sharing. If you are not the owner, Share call is disabled in the overflow menu and Junior identifies the person who owns the call instead.
A call must also be eligible for sharing before the option is available. If you do not see a usable sharing option, either the call is not eligible, you are not its owner, or sharing is not enabled for your organisation.
When sharing is unavailable
Sharing a Personal call depends on your firm's settings. Some firms have the feature switched off, including firms that use calendar auto-share rather than this owner-controlled sharing flow. If it is unavailable for your firm, Junior will not let you save teammate access from the call's sharing dialog.
To check: I have not verified the running app, so the exact location and wording of the overflow-menu action, the dialog's save control, and how Junior shows that organisation-level sharing is unavailable all need confirming. It also needs checking whether teammates can be added only from the attendee suggestions or whether other teammates can be selected.
