After extracting an answer from the call, Junior then generates a confidence score and an accompanying explanation. The confidence score is displayed as a Red Amber Green score.
When unsure, Junior's text appears in light gray as a suggestion. This happens in cases when an expert provides hints rather than direct answers (e.g., "I'm not sure, but I would definitely recommend it" when asked "What is your NPS?"). The light gray text helps to quickly identify lower confidence responses where further human judgment may be needed.
When you first open a filled out Quant Tracker, you will see confidence ratings spread out across all the various cells. These are Red Amber Green dots that indicate that you need to take a pass at reviewing the answer generated by Junior.
We have made the entire Quant Tracker navigable via familiar Excel-like keyboard shortcuts:
Tab moves through cells
F2 enters editing mode (as does Enter)
Arrow keys move in the expected direction
CTRL + Enter approves the answer cell (this can be done with many selected cells at once)
Every answer is generated using a set of sources. You can always inspect those sources, and trace them all the way back to the original transcript, and minute in the audio file where they came from.
There are 2 ways to edit output from the Quant Tracker: manual editing, or editing the underlying sources. We designed the latter to be the fastest and easiest way to edit Quant Tracker output. It has the added benefit of keeping the answers connected to the underlying transcript data.
You can rerun a cell by right clicking the cell:
Similarly, you can rerun a row by right clicking the row:
Finally, you can rerun a whole column by selecting the column options. You can either rerun just the empty cells, or the entire column itself:
Junior is able to generate graphs for numerical columns very easily. Select the data range, right click and you're off to the races!
Junior gives you full control over how to display your graphs through his editing tools.
