Commercial Model

Junior is priced on a usage model. If you are reading this, it means we have a contractual relationship with your firm. You can use Junior for any of your engagements, and are charged only when you drop in a transcript, irrespective of input file or type.

You will not incur a charge for starting a new project. You will not incur a charge for adding more teammates to the project. A charge is incurred only when you drop in an audio file, transcript or typewritten notes.

How to Generate an Invoice

When you finish your project, navigate to the Settings tab and go to the Wrap Up project section

This will lead to a modal asking you to confirm the relevant details for your project:

  • If you have not added a project code, please do so here. Your accounts team will not process the invoice without this.

  • It will ask you to confirm the number of calls in the project. To avoid any doubt, uploading AI-generated transcripts or typewritten notes does not change this figure - they count the same as an audio file.

    • If for whatever reason you dispute the calls tallied up by the platform, please press the Request a Review button and a representative from Junior will get in contact to resolve.

  • It will ask you to confirm the project lead - this individual's email address will be copied into the automated invoice email sent to your accounts team.

  • If you work for a multinational consulting firm, we need to know which office the project was sold from so we invoice the correct legal entity. You can choose from the relevant drop-down here.

Once you've confirmed the details, click the Generate Invoice button. Junior will draft an invoice that goes straight to your Accounts team.

As an early stage startup, customer feedback is critical for us to know whether we're on the right track and building features that you want. After all, Junior is your Junior - he should know what you want done!

To that end, please fill out the feedback form at the end of the project! It takes less than a minute and is so important to us.

How to Archive a Project

The next step in the Wrap Up flow is to ask you if you want to Archive the project.

Archiving simply means the Project card is removed from the Active section of the Home Screen and is placed in the Archived section. Data is retained for as long as is stipulated by the terms of our contract with your consulting firm.
