### Why Do We Need a Call Tracker?

The **Call Tracker** is the database of experts you're speaking to on this particular project. It forms the base of the **research corpus** for your project, and replaces the Excel workflow.

The benefit of using Junior is that the Tracker combines the tabular view of the experts with the transcripts and Key Takeaway summaries (KTAs) all in one place.

Currently, management of the Call Tracker is manual - don't worry, we're working hard at making that a thing of the past!
