Distributing KTAs

Great! We've finished editing our key takeaways, and we now want to share them with the team. You have two ways of doing this in Junior:

1. On a per-call basis

2. Batched at the end of the day.

1. Per-call KTA sharing

After saving your key takeaways, you'll see the email button light up. If you click that, you'll be given the option to send out these specific KTAs to your team.

2. Batched at the end of the day

Junior also gives you the option to batch all the day's key takeaways into a single email. See below for how to turn this on.
