You see, Junior is still an intern! He will do his best to summarise the conversation for you, but he's not experienced enough yet to always know what the most important bits of the conversation were. That's where you come in!
Everything in the stats section can be edited. You can access the editing modals from the Transcript Drawer by clicking one of the two edit buttons next to Stats and Key Takeaways.
Clicking the Edit Stats button on the right hand side of the grey header will open up a separate modal that lets you edit the Label, Value and ordering of the Stats. Clicking on a stat will snap you to the QA block from which it has been extracted. You can also add and delete Stats here.
Clicking the Edit KTAs button on the right hand side of the grey header will open up a separate modal that lets you edit the Key Takeaways.
When editing KTAs, you will be able to define top level section headers. Junior will take a first pass at finding the relevant question and answer pairs to generate a section-driven summary. You will have the option to edit all of Junior's output, add key points and change sections entirely.
