The Home Page is your entry point into the project you're working on and where you can see a clear snapshot of the progress on the primary research to date. There are a few components to call out:
Junior Logo: this navigates you back to the Projects screen where you can see all of your Active and Archived projects
Notifications: the alarm bell will show you if there are actions that need your attention
Dark Mode: a fan favourite, switches from light colour palette in the app to dark
Account Profile Icon: from here you can
edit your personal profile in the app
access the help & documentation
leave us some feedback
sign out of the application
Project Name: shows you which of your projects you are working on
Teammate Icons: you can add more colleagues from here
various workflow modules in the app: Home Page, Call Tracker, Quant Tracker, Playlists, Ctrl + F, JuniorGPT, Settings
This is section contains the metadata about the project that you input during the onboarding flow. You can edit this by hovering over the Overview card and clicking the edit icon at the top right of the card.
This section shows you the Interview Segments you created during the onboarding flow. You can add new Segments by clicking the '+' icon at the top right of the card.
Junior comes pre-set with a number of Segments, but you can add / edit as you see fit. Segments are important to set because they influence a number of actions downstream in the application - read here for more information.
For each Segment in this card, you can Add an Interview Guide with the '+' icon on the same row. You can also delete the segment with the trash bin icon.
This section shows you the brief that Junior wrote for you for the expert networks to kick off your project.
This section shows a summary of the Scope Document you've dropped in during the onboarding flow. If you didn't drop it in then, you can add it here after. Scope documents are important because they influence the text output of the models in Junior - read here for more information.
The Call Tracker visualisation shows you a snapshot of the progress on the primary research you've conducted to date. Here you can see how many interviews you have Done, how many are Scheduled and how those relate to the initial Targets set. The progress bars are shown both in aggregate and by segment.
In the top right of the card, you can change the filter so that you can see Calls conducted from another lens, e.g. By Country.
Clicking on any of the segment titles (e.g. Competitor in the snapshot above) will take you to the Call Tracker screen and filter for the Segment you selected.
Beneath the progress bar, you'll see two categories of calls that Junior has flagged for your attention:
Today's Calls: so you know what to prepare for
Need Review: calls you have conducted that still need a Transcript Review. We'll cover this in depth later, but it's a quality control layer that you need to pay attention to!
This is your conversational interface with Junior and all the transcript processing he's done for you. Junior is great at collating all the relevant sources and giving you a first-draft synthesised answer across the entire interview programme. Clicking here will start a conversation.
Quant Trackers are a tabular view of more quantitative datapoints you want to extract from the research. They are tied to a specific customer segment, and every time you upload a call onto Junior, he will interrogate the transcript with the pre-set questions you've uploaded and input the answers into a spreadsheet for you. This is a great way to track questions like NPS, satisfaction, KPCs, growth rates etc.
On the Home Page, this card shows you all of the Trackers you've set up.
This is a semantic search layer on top of the transcripts that can pull quotes and colour commentary for your report.
On the Home Page, this card shows you all of your recent search terms.
