When you're ready to take Junior's output into a deck, a memo, or a spreadsheet, you can export it in the format that fits. You can also export multiple calls at once in batch.

Export call notes

Export a call's notes as a formatted document. Before you export, you can tailor it:

  • Choose the file type: export as DOCX, PDF, separate files, or Markdown.
  • Choose which artifacts to include: pick from Stats, KTAs, call summary, call notes, and the original transcript.
  • Choose which sections to include: pick only the parts you need.
  • Set their order: arrange sections to match how you want the document to read.
  • Name the file: set the filename before you export.
  • Choose the language: for foreign-language calls, choose which language to export.
  • Anonymize or not: export the artifacts anonymized or non-anonymized.

Depending on how your firm has set up Junior, you may see custom-branded export styles. Some firms have their own house styling applied to Word exports automatically.

Export call summary as a slide (PPTX)

Export a call summary as a PowerPoint slide, ready to drop into a deck or share with stakeholders.

Export data to Excel

Several of Junior's structured views export to Excel:

  • The Call Tracker
  • The Insights Grid
  • Entity and competitor tables
  • A cost breakdown

Questions

Why is the transcript text missing from my export?

Depending on your firm's processing setup, some calls exclude the raw transcript text from exports and include only the notes, takeaways, and summary. This is a firm-level choice, not a bug.
