Junior is highly configurable, so two people using it can legitimately see different things. If a button, tab, or page in these docs doesn't appear in your account, it's usually a matter of how your firm and project are set up.
Common reasons things look different
- Different firms enable different features. Sign-in methods, calendar sync, recording methods, document upload, the AI Voice Agent, and compliance tools are all things your organization can turn on or off.
- Different projects use different processing modes. Some projects are set up to show only a summary and hide the transcript tab, entities, and other details.
- Some features are in beta. You can opt in to these yourself from Settings → Beta Features.
- Some areas are role-limited. Compliance, finance, and analytics dashboards are only available to people with the matching admin role. See Roles, project & organization settings.
This is by design. Junior is built to fit each firm's workflow and compliance needs, so no two setups are identical. Seeing a different set of features from a colleague is normal.
I expected a feature and don't see it
Work through these in order:
- Check Settings → Beta Features in case it's an opt-in feature.
- Ask your organization's admin. The feature may not be enabled for your firm, or it may need an admin role.
- If it's still missing, contact support@myjunior.ai.
